I didn't think so, the only hard thing about it is making sure the meat is cooked. Although, I do have a chef around here to ask questions when I am not sure of things.
I am trying to think of the name of the mustard I used... Boar's Head. It was good stuff. It's the kind of meal where you walk away licking your fingers!
